Caramelized Onion Dip
  
8 oz. cream cheese, divided in half 2 TBS sour cream
4 TBS Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce ½ tsp. garlic powder
1 c. mild white onions, coarsely chopped ¼ tsp. black pepper
  
Cook the chopped onions in a little oil in a frying pan, stirring often, until they are well caramelized but not burned. Onions should be well browned with some blackened spots.

Place the first half of the cream cheese, the sour cream, the Steak Sense and the onion into a food processor. Pulse until well combined and the onion bits have virtually disappeared. Add the remaining half of the cream cheese, the garlic powder and black pepper, and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop and blend.
  
Serves 6 - 8
