| Cheeseburger Pie | |
| 9" pie crust | ¼ c. mushrooms, diced |
| 1 lb ground round, cooked | 1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce |
| 1/4 c. onions, minced | salt and pepper to taste |
| Topping: | |
| 1 egg | 1/2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard |
| 1/4 c. milk | dash Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/2 c. bread crumbs | 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated |
| Form pie crust of your choice into 9" pie plate. Sauté ground round in a skillet. Add onion and mushroom and sauté until onion is translucent. Add Steak Sense Steak Sauce and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix egg, milk, bread crumbs, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Place ground round mixture in the bottom of the pie crust and spread evenly. Pour topping over the meat filling and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 425 F for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot or warm. | |
