| Chicken in Marsala with Rosemary | |
| 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in strips | 1/4 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce |
| 1 TBS butter and 1 TBS oil | 1/2 c. beef broth |
| 1 TBS onion, diced finely | 1/2 tsp finely minced fresh rosemary |
| 1 clove garlic, minced | 1 TBS cornstarch |
| 1/4 c. Marsala wine | 1 tsp sugar |
| Melt butter and combine with oil in a skillet. Sauté chicken until lightly browned and cooked through. Add onion and garlic and continue cooking 1-2 minutes. In a small bowl combine the Marsala wine, Steak Sense, beef broth , rosemary and sugar with the cornstarch. Stir well to dissolve. Add to the skillet and cook until sauce boils and thickens. Serve immediately. | |
