| Moist and Juicy Meatloaf | |
| 1 1/2 lb. ground round | 1/4 c. ketchup |
| 1/2 c. onion, diced | 1 TBS brown sugar |
| 3/4 c. bread crumbs | 1/2 tsp. dry mustard |
| 1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce | salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 egg | |
| Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place in loaf pan or on a rack in a roasting pan. If you desire a brown crust on the loaf, brush the top with additional Steak Sense during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 F or until done. | |
