Moist and Juicy Meatloaf
  
1 1/2 lb. ground round 1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. onion, diced 1 TBS brown sugar
3/4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
  
Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place in loaf pan or on a rack in a roasting pan. If you desire a brown crust on the loaf, brush the top with additional Steak Sense during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 F or until done.
  
Makes 6-8 servings
