| Kansas City Steak and Pepper Sandwich | |
| 3/4 - 1 lb. sliced steak | baguette, French bread or club rolls |
| 1 green, red or yellow bell pepper sliced | 1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce |
| 1/2 medium onion sliced | 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese |
| portabella mushrooms (3 oz.) | |
| In a skillet sauté the bell pepper, onion and portabella mushrooms until the onions are slightly browned and the mushrooms tender. Remove from the pan and hold. Sauté steak to desired doneness. Add back the vegetables and combine with Steak Sense Steak Sauce until heated through. Arrange on sliced baguette, French bread or club rolls and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately. | |
