Red Currant Sauce
  
1/2 c. red currant jelly 1 TBS instant flour
1/2 c. beef broth 2 TBS water
1/4 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce
  
Melt jelly in a sauce pan. Combine with beef broth and Steak Sense. Dissolve flour in water. Heat sauce over medium heat. Add flour mixture and heat until sauce thickens.
  
Makes approximately 1 cup
