Roasted Cod with Mixed Mushrooms and Potatoes

1 lb. cod, turbot or halibut fillets 2 large cloves garlic, minced
4 small baking potatoes, sliced thin 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
½ cup sliced mixed mushrooms (portabello, 1 tsp. marjoram
cremini, porchini, white, etc.) 4 TBS olive oil
¼ cup Steak Sense™ Steak Sauce salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450° F. Make a marinade by combining 1 TBS of the olive oil, the Steak Sense™, garlic, lemon juice, ½ tsp. of the marjoram, and mix well. Place the fish in a shallow dish and pour the marinade mixture over the fillets. Marinate for the time it takes to cook the potatoes on both sides (about 40 minutes).

Combine the mushrooms, potato slices, the other 3 TBS of olive oil, the other ½ tsp. marjoram, and salt and pepper. Spread the mixture in a single layer over the bottom of a 9x13" baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes begin to brown. Turn the potatoes over with a spatula and cook another 20 minutes more so that potatoes are well browned on both sides.

Place the fish fillets with the marinade over the potatoes and cook 10 - 15 minutes or until the fillets are flaky. Serve immediately.
