| Southwestern Skillet | |
| 1 lb. ground round | 1/2 c. beef broth or water |
| 1/2 c. onion, diced | 1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce |
| 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced | 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced, peeled tomatoes |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced | 2-3 TBS. chili powder |
| salt and pepper to taste | 1/2 c. grated longhorn or cheddar cheese |
| 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) pink beans | 1/4 cup chopped cilantro |
| Brown the ground round in a skillet. Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add beans, beef broth, Steak Sense Steak Sauce, tomatoes and chili powder. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes on simmer. Top with cheese and simmer until melted. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately. | |
