Swiss Steak with Tomatoes
  
1 lb. Swiss steak 1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
1/2 c. flour 1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste 1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce
3 TBS oil 1/2 c. beef broth or water
1/2 c. carrots, diced 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced
  
Combine the flour salt and pepper. Dredge the steak in the flour mixture and rub well. In a heavy pan, brown the steak on both sides in the oil. Add the diced vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the Steak Sense Steak Sauce, beef broth, and diced tomatoes, and bake covered for 2-2 ˝ hours at 350 F.
  
Makes 4-6 servings
