| Swiss Steak with Tomatoes | |
| 1 lb. Swiss steak | 1/2 c. mushrooms, diced |
| 1/2 c. flour | 1 small onion, diced |
| salt and pepper to taste | 1/2 c. Steak SenseTM Steak Sauce |
| 3 TBS oil | 1/2 c. beef broth or water |
| 1/2 c. carrots, diced | 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes |
| 1/2 c. celery, diced | |
| Combine the flour salt and pepper. Dredge the steak in the flour mixture and rub well. In a heavy pan, brown the steak on both sides in the oil. Add the diced vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the Steak Sense Steak Sauce, beef broth, and diced tomatoes, and bake covered for 2-2 ˝ hours at 350 F. | |
